CRUSADERX SHIPPING POLICY

At CrusaderX, we believe in clarity, integrity, and doing things the right way. Our shipping standards reflect that commitment. Every order is handled with care and delivered with the same discipline and reliability we expect from ourselves.

ORDER PROCESSING

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Processing may take slightly longer during product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods.
• You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and another when your order ships.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Please note: Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are a flat $7.95 for orders up to $100. Orders over $100 ship free.

From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

CrusaderX currently ships within the United States. 
We may add international regions in the future. Maybe. If we want to. Probably won't.

DELIVERY ISSUES

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Please check with neighbors or household members. The most common reason for a shipment marked "delivered" that you didn't receive yet, is the carrier delivering to the wrong address by accident.

  2. Verify your shipping address on your order confirmation. The 2nd most common reason for a shipment marked "delivered" that you didn't receive yet, is you entered the wrong shipping address at checkout. Dummy. You should check your shipping address when you buy things. You can't reasonably be mad that we sent it where you told us to but you weren't there... just sayin'. 

  3. Contact the carrier directly for the fastest resolution.

If you still cannot locate your order after 72 hours, reach out to us at:

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Email admin@crusaderxusa.com with:
• Order number
• Photos of the issue
• A brief description

We’ll make it right.

ADDRESS ERRORS

If the shipping address entered is incorrect and the package has not yet shipped, contact us immediately and we will update it for you.

If the package has already shipped:
• CrusaderX is not responsible for misdelivered or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
• If the carrier returns the package to us, we will resend it once the correct address and a reshipment fee are confirmed.

LOST PACKAGES

If a carrier confirms a package is lost in transit, we will replace or refund your order.
